Board of Trustees:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustee

  • The board is comprised of five homeowners elected to alternating two-year terms.  As stewards for the community, the current board’s expressed goals are focused on promoting homeowner safety, community enhancement, and fiscal prudence.  Intrinsic in those goals is the advancement of a high quality community life-style for residents and ensuring that a homeowner’s investment (perhaps their largest single asset) is responsibly supported and enhanced.
  • In its work in support of the community, Board members confer weekly with the property manager, exchange ongoing email communications, conduct periodic working-sessions amongst themselves, as well as with homeowner committees and/or service providers. Approximately ten open (i.e., public) board meetings are held throughout the year, including the annual HOA meeting in the Fall at which the election of new directors to fill expiring terms occurs. Of course, board members are also readily available to residents and homeowners, at other times.
