The Madison Common provides numerous amenities and services that are included in the monthly maintenance fee, and which collectively help provide homeowners with a great lifestyle.
Amenities are centrally located within the community and include:
- A beautiful clubhouse featuring a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV, a working kitchen, large patio overlooking our pond, on-site management office, a small, but up-to-date gym, and restroom facilities that include showers and a sauna. The clubhouse is available for private rental by homeowners and residents for parties and events for a small fee.
- A large salt-water outdoor pool (3 to 9 feet deep), a large pool deck with plenty of seating and sun/shade options, and on-duty lifeguards. Typically, open Memorial Day to Labor Day offering pool hours to accommodate all.
- Three hard surface tennis courts, also lined for pickle ball. Typically, open from Spring to Fall, weather permitting. Access code for entry and lights for nighttime play until 10pm.
- A retention pond with lighted fountains provides residents a serene setting. Take a few steps out your door to enjoy a walk in nature.
